Berkomunikasi Saat Krisis: Strategi Penggunaan Media Internet dalam Menghadapi Krisis di Era Digital
Life in the digital era runs instant and fast paced. The development of science and technology, especially information and communication technology have a very strong influence. Not only affects the daily activities of people's lives, it also affects activity in the professional world. Particularly within the scope of Public Relations professionals whose their activities cannot be separated from the use of media and technology, so inevitably will always be required to develop and update themselves following the digital trend. One of the most important activities to be considered is crisis communication. The crisis in the digital age is considered to be increasingly complex, even bringing new possibilities where every company will be more vulnerable to the crisis with greater impact than ever before. Communicating in today's crisis is not enough to use only traditional methods, but also the use of the Internet as a survival strategy to deal with the complexity of the digital crisis.
