10 p The 'hoax' upswing and its ruins show that journalism still in need among information society. Throughout its history, the journalism activities and its products have been channeled through various media, including radio broadcasts. Many Indonesian have been rely on this mean of medium for its ability to adapt in the heterogeneous Indonesian society, accessible, affordable, quick response to emergency disasters, and various other reliability. This study discusses the variety of journalism programs in Indonesia radio broadcasting by identifying the types of journalism products and programs, as well as its quality and the background that led to the emerging quality. The state of journalism quality would be vary between radio station depends on many factors. An adequate insight into the various causal factors as well as the structure of the issues that lead to good or poor quality will be useful in setting up strategies to improve good quality journalism in radio broadcasting. It will in turn help refine the quality of radio broadcasting and radio industry comprehensively.
